Step 1 Add Coupon

After registration, go to the Profile and Setting page, select Coupon & Rewards and then select Add Coupon.

Insert the coupon code and then select Add.

Step 2 Use Coupon

Before finishing charging, select Apply Coupon, choose “$20 New User Coupon”, and press Apply.

  1. Promotion Period

    2nd June at 00:00:00 – 31st July 2025 at 23:59:59 (inclusive of both days)

  2. Eligibility

    Those who register as a new user of the Jove app and enter the coupon code in the “Offers and Rewards” section in the Jove app between 15th May 2025, and the last day of the promotion period, can obtain the Jove HK$20 Electronic Coupon for New Users (“coupon”) in the app. The coupon is valid for 30 days after obtaining the coupon. Users need to complete their first charging session within promotion period.

    First-time charging user is defined as a registered user who has never completed a successful charging session in the Jove app.

  3. First-come, first-served

    The coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Any change of the coupon will be subject to availability at the time of application.

  4. Single Use Only

    The coupon can only be used once. After successfully completing a charging session using the coupon, the user will no longer qualify as a first-time user and cannot redeem the same type of coupon again.

  5. Non-Combinable

    The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.

  6. User Responsibility

    Users must enter the coupon code in the Jove mobile app during the charging session at the specified venue. Failure to do so will result in the user being charged the standard rates without the coupon discount.

  7. No Refund or Rollover

    Any unused portion of the coupon will not be refunded, credited, or carried over for future use. The coupon has no cash value.

  8. Final Validation

    The coupon's final validation will take place at the time of the charging session. If any discrepancies arise, Jove reserves the right to deny coupon application. All records shall be based on the display in Jove's system.

  9. Right to Interpretation

    Jove reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version must prevail.

  10. Parking and Liability
    • Customers' vehicles may be parked in Jove charging stations' fast/medium-speed charging spots and enjoy the aforementioned discount benefits.
    • Jove is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the use of its products or services (directly or indirectly), except as required by law.
  11. Jove New User HK$20 Coupon Redemption Instructions
    1. Download the “Jove · EV Charging” mobile application.
    2. After downloading, follow the instructions to set up an account.
    3. Once the account setup is complete, enter the “Profile and Setting” page, select “Coupon & Rewards”.
    4. Select “Add Coupon”.
    5. Enter the coupon code in the provided field and press “Add”.
