MTR Corporation’s Hong Kong Property Business Unit and RaSpect Intelligence Inspection Limited have co-created a PropTech solution for building inspection by utilising AI. The adoption of the RaSpect scanning drone as a proof of concept is an actualisation of the AI PropTech solution that allows us to work quicker and better:
•Using AI technologies, RaSpect drones can execute building and façade inspections in a cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable manner.
•By utilising drones on-site for responsive and preventive maintenance, inspection workflows are enhanced, plus the architecture is more sustainable and safe.
•Drone inspections can help us better understand building lifecycles and management, allowing us to plan better in the future.
